How fresh are your flowers?

We get fresh flowers daily. We source our flowers from a number of local wholesalers.
 
Who do you use to deliver your flowers?

We have our own delivery drivers and vehicles. We do not use couriers for our deliveries.
 
What happens if I miss the 11am cut-off for same day delivery?

We will deliver the item Next Day before 12pm. You will recieve a message to let you know if we are unable to make the delivery.
 
What happens if my recipient is not present at the time of delivery?

We will leave the flowers in a secure place on the property. If this is not possible then we will call the recipient or the person that ordered the flowers. We are unable to leave the flowers with a neighbour due to the Covid 19 situtation.
Worse case is the flowers come back to the shop and re-arrange another delivery. Please note: We do not make a charge for this.
 

How long has Rawsons The Florist been trading?

Sheryl has owned Rawsons The Florist now for over 10 years but the florist shop has been here in West Street for over 40 years.
 
Is my on-line order secure?

Yes, we use floristPro to host our on-line shop on their secure servers and World Pay to process card payments and Paypal. You can call our shop and pay over the telephone if you wish.
 
Can I track my order?

Yes, you can log into your account and look at the progress of your order, any questions just give us a call on 01329 288855
 
Can I amend/cancel my order?

Yes, please contact the shop before 9am of the day of delivery on 01329 288855 or email orders@rawsonstheflorist.co.uk, We recommend that you contact us at least 24 hours before the flowers are due to be dispatched to guarantee any amendments to your order.
 
Consumers have a statutory right to cancel according to the Distance Selling Regulations.
Some of the goods offered through the shop can be exluded from the right to cancel because they deteriorate or expire rapidly. Others however do not fall within this exception to the right to cancel.
